岗位职责：
- Set meetings with customers to present xMEMS value proposition and roadmaps
- Build personal relationship with engineering, purchasing and management in customer base

- Drive distribution network to uncover new customer opportunities
- Drive distribution to forecast data on monthly bases for financial growth
- Input and update sales opportunities and forecast in SALESFORCE platform

- Provide technical support as a lead FAE for key customers, remotely and at customer sites worldwide, to win and support accounts. Examples of technical support include assisting the design-in process by solving acoustic and electrical problems, answering product questions, reviewing hardware, and hands-on hardware debugging.
- Support customer with design and integration of xMEMS silicon speakers in TWS, headphone, hearing health, smart glasses and audio playback systems. Perform tasks including creating and presenting customer demonstrations; tuning of xMEMS devices; performing audio performance measurements; demonstration xMEMS products.
- Support customers with audio amplifiers designs, with tasks such as amplifier performance measurements and device bring-up and configuration.

职位5：Thermal Engineer, Santa Clara
岗位职责：
- Support for characterization and validation of simulation and model data for the µCooling air pump-on-a-chip across multiple product categories (AI glasses, smartphones, SSDs, XR, wearables, datacenter).
- Characterize airflow, back pressure, and thermal resistance performance in system-level use cases.
- Collaborate with system architects, electrical engineers, and packaging engineers to integrate µCooling into tight form factors.
- Develop and execute thermal test protocols (steady-state, transient, and stress conditions) and analyze results to guide design improvements.
- Work with customers to ensure µCooling devices meet system thermal requirements. Debug system integrations to ensure best performance.
- Partner with product management and marketing to translate thermal performance into end-user value stories.
任职要求:
- B.S./M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years’ experience in thermal design and analysis for consumer electronics, semiconductors, or datacenter systems.
- Strong knowledge of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
- Hands-on experience with thermal characterization and fixture building using 3D printing and machining.
